- Complete
the order form. If handwriting please print clearly.
Choose the method of payment you prefer - Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Sorry, we cannot accept cheques, COD's or 'bill me' options.
There is a separate shipping and handling charge per address.
- Fax, mail or phone in your order. (Note: Please do not email your order as it is not a secure method of transmitting your credit card information. We are looking at implementing on-line payment and hope to have it available in the future.)
