Needs Assessment and Training Plans

Are you looking for new and innovative ways to prepare your staff for the work ahead? Is supporting professional development a priority for your organization? Do you need to train your staff to meet the requirements of pending legislation or policy changes?

Our program staff will work with your organization or agency to assess your current training needs, help you decide how best to meet these needs and work with key individuals in your organization to design and deliver training that is both customized and cost effective. We are able to use a variety of methods ranging from individual interviews through to stakeholder focus groups to ensure that the product we design best reflects your desired performance outcomes.

Specialized Training for Aboriginal Communities

Training for Aboriginal Learners that include Inuit, Metis, First Nations Treaty, Status and Non-status learners

We are committed to designing and delivering culturally relevant training to meet the needs of Aboriginal learners and communities. Wherever possible, Aboriginal instructors deliver this training.
