The JIBC was focused, pertinent, and flexible in regards to my academic training. It was focused on the topics I was interested in, it was directly applicable to my job and the training was flexible to my schedule.
The advantage to online training is being able to apply new information directly to the workplace. It provides the opportunity to clarify questions right away with an instructor from the field and to brainstorm ideas at the implementation stage.
