Course Description

*This course can only be taken by students registered in the Primary Care Paramedic Program.*
Assess and manage complex cases that require a high level of assessment skills. This course will teach you how to use clinical judgment and apply PCP treatments and protocols. Specifically, you will learn to adapt your treatments and protocols to meet the needs of patients in specialized populations, those with multiple conditions, or those who exhibit non-definitive conditions or symptoms.
Further, the course will assist you in melding together the various facets of your paramedic training and weave in the elements of professionalism which you have studied throughout the PCP Program.
