This course can only be taken by students registered in the Primary Care Paramedic Program.
Application fees & program deposit ($500) are non-refundable in any circumstances.
Students who withdraw a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the start of the program (ie prior to start of course 1 CS200) will be refunded 100 % tuition & LSF minus deposit.
Students who withdraw by the following dates will be refunded 50 % tuition & LSF minus deposit:
Full-time program: two weeks into the classroom component
Part-time program: final day of the first (FPC210) workshop
After this time there is no refund of tuition.
A $50 administration fee will be applied to all refunds.

Hazardous materials, crime scenes, terrorist incidents, multiple casualties, these kinds of intense situations require enhanced care and specialized training. In this course, gain the specific skills and procedures required to help you calmly and systematically assess, manage and treat patients in these highly volatile situations. By adapting your Core Skills gained in previous classes, you will gain suitable training to equip you with the necessary and specific protocols to follow when attending these types of scenes. You will also learn the principles of ambulance operations in land, sea and air settings - equally invaluable training to have when embarking on a Paramedic career.
