Course Prerequisites:

Students who withdraw prior to class start will be refunded 100% of tuition and the Learning Services Fee (LSF) minus a $50 administration fee.

Students who withdraw before the class is 50% complete will be refunded 50% of tuition and LSF minus a $50 administration fee.

Students who withdraw after the class is 50% complete will receive no refund.

Application fees and program deposits are non-refundable.

Course Description

This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to give evidence in a professional manner when called on to testify in a legal proceeding, such as a trial or hearing. Participants will learn how to prepare for their appearance, articulate their evidence fully both in direct evidence and under cross-examination, and learn how to present physical exhibits properly. Each participant will be afforded a brief opportunity to present evidence and be cross-examined.
