Dr. Wilson will cover the following topics:

- How panic and anxiety win the game of controlling your life
- Can a personality be anxiety-prone?
- Everything you need to know about hyperventilation
- Two big ways you can gain control of panic
- The essential breathing and relaxation skills: are they needed?
- How to talk yourself through anxious moments
- Handling unwanted worries
- Handling anxious physical symptoms
- How to go on the attack against panic
- Crutches that keep you safe but keep you trapped
- How to win the anxiety game
- Medications that help
