IMPORTANT NOTICE
Online Learning System Upgrade
The Emergency Management Division at the JIBC is upgrading its online learning system. This upgrade will streamline access to our courses by linking directly to our online registration system. The upgrade transition will take place over a three-month period starting September 2009. Self registration for each online course will be closed approximately two weeks prior to its launch date.
