Program Area: Emergency Social Services
Emergency Social Services (ESS) is the heart of disaster response. Whether it’s helping displaced families find shelter or assisting with food and clothing, ESS provides the services and support needed by those affected by a disaster.
The JIBC offers a series of ESS courses, providing a common foundation that will enable you to become an effective ESS leader and build ESS response capacity for you community or organization.
