The programs offered at the Centre emphasize the skills required for exemplary leadership, and the integration of traditional Aboriginal worldviews and contemporary perspectives.

Programs are designed to meet the qualitative academic and performance standards and to address the specific capacity building needs of Aboriginal learners and communities. Programs are offered on a part-time basis, in a cohort model – with students working together providing a rich, immersive learning experience.
