With over 80 courses you have a wide variety of courses to choose from in order to best meet your immediate needs.

Courses are developed using an applied, experiential learning model which means you will learn practical, hands-on skills and perspectives you can use immediately.

  • Integrating Brain Science & Conflict (CCR510)Online Course
    This course is a mix of classroom and online learning - it is proposed this course will lead to a Graduate Certificate in the Dynamics of Conflict – scheduled to start Sept 2011.

Courses vary in length from one to three days, and you can take individual courses at your own pace to fit your schedule and budget. Courses are offered at 14 locations across BC, in Alberta and online.

There is no application process – register for courses as you choose, so long as you meet any prerequisite requirement. (Note: A few of our courses are open to certificate students only, as indicated.)

Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

Course Cancellation

The JIBC reserves the right to cancel courses. A full refund of tuition fees will be issued for courses cancelled by the JIBC. In every case, as much advance notice as possible will be provided. The JIBC is not responsible for participants’ expenses (such as airline or hotel reservations) if a course must be cancelled. We truly regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Refunds

JIBC course registration fees are refundable subject to a $50 administration fee, provided we receive notification at least seven calendar days before the course start date. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your final assessment, you will be charge a cancellation/transfer fee of 50% of the regular fee. Refund policies differ among institutions. If you register with one of our partner institutions, please familiarize yourself with their refund policy.
