You will learn the dynamics of leadership, and come away with practical strategies for performance management, planning, human resource development, and employee relations.

Learning Objectives

In this certificate you will learn the dynamics of leadership, and come away with practical strategies for performance management, planning, human resource development, employee relations, and a better understanding of your own leadership.

Format (Learning Format/Structure)

  • The certificate program is 14 days of training, with 10 days of required courses and 4 days of electives. 

  • You can take courses individually or complete a certificate.

  • Learn at your own pace – take courses when they fit your schedule.

  • Full attendance is required.

  • We recommend you complete the program within 3 years.

Certificate Enrolment Fee is $75 (effective 04/01/11)

Admission Requirements

The courses and certificate is open to anyone. There are no formal requirements for admission, although it is most applicable for those who have been in a team leadership or management role.
