I tried to go to WebAdvisor but a box said the "maximum number of cookie values has been reached".
If you see the message about the maximum number of cookie values, you'll need to clear your browser's cookies. The method for doing this depends on your browser, but usually you'll need to go to your history or internet options, choose to clear your browsing history or data, select cookies, and click delete or clear.
Once you've done this, go to https://webadvisor.jibc.ca and you'll be able to see the website again.
