Derm McNulty Courage to be Curious Memorial Award

The Derm McNulty Courage to be Curious Memorial Award provides support for Centre for Conflict Resolution students.


One award of $750 is available annually.

Eligibility Criteria

Recipient must:

  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee status
  • Be planning to take Foundations of Collaborative Conflict Resolution or Foundations of Collaborative Conflict Resolution: Workplace Focus (CRES-1100 or CRES-1101). This course can be applied towards a Centre for Conflict Resolution Certificate Program (Mediation, Negotiation or Family Mediation specialization)
  • Applicants could be seeking a career change, returning to education after a long break, or just wishing to reinvent themselves
  • Financial need may also be considered

It is hoped this award will spur the "courage to be curious," reflecting Derm's spirit of life.
