Many people think spam is simply a nuisance. But it is actually a lot more than that. It is a very big, illegal business that drives a huge underground economy, filled with people making money by tricking others. This course will help learners recognize, and respond appropriately to harmful spam when they receive it in emails, social media, or text messages.
