In honour of Earth Day 2024, the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) invites you to participate in our Lights Out initiative by simultaneously turning off the lights at 10:22 a.m. for 4 minutes and 22 seconds. During this period, please take a moment for reflection and dialogue about the meaning of the campaign and the wider context of Earth Day.
