Examine the roles and responsibilities of emergency management and security professionals in issues and crisis management planning, response, recovery, and prevention. Explore early identification of gaps in practice, procedure, or expectation, and develop strategies to address those issues to prevent them from becoming crises. Examine the safety and security professional's roles and responsibilities in managing a crisis, including development and testing of a crisis management plan. (Formerly ESM435)
