Course Details

In this course, you will learn about the requirements and steps leading to a court order. The process begins with understanding the role of the family justice counsellor in assisting clients. The success of the process is ensured by a solid comprehension of what the court process involves and familiarity with the forms that are needed.

Furthermore, this course will explain how family justice counsellors assist clients who have reached an agreement and do not want to go to court. You will be exposed to the different types of documents a family justice counsellor can draw up and the proper terminology to use in capturing parenting arrangements.
