Foundation Skills

This course is designed for newly-hired probation officers and probation officer 14s. The course will review BC Community Corrections philosophy and policy and will outline the role and duties of a probation officer and probation officer 14. The course will teach new hires all aspects of managing a generic bail caseload from intake to closure as well as performing duty officer tasks.
