Course Details

The purpose of Community Care Facility Licensing is to protect vulnerable persons in care. This is accomplished through various activities of the Licensing Officer, including the assessment of applications and applicants, various types of inspections, conducting risk assessments, considering requests for exemptions, investigating reportable incident reports, and investigating complaints. Learners are exposed to knowledge and skills essential to conduct each of these activities.
