Thinking Leads 2 Change Facilitate Train

This 5-day course trains probation officer and correctional officer staff in the use of specific enhanced facilitation skills of a program for women offenders. It augments the skills staff use in developing a positive rapport with offenders, eliciting offender engagement in programming and appropriately modelling and rewarding pro-social behaviours. Staff are also familiarized with recent research in the area of female offenders, as well as concepts and tools they will be delivering through the TLC program.
