Women: Effective Case Management.

This course is designed for adult probation officers in B.C., to assist them in working with female clients more effectively. The course will examine how a woman's pathway to offending differs from her male counterpart. It will outline the principles of gender-responsive case management and trauma-informed practice as it applies to women. Emphasis will be given to planning effective interventions and developing strategies to work more effectively with this client group.
