Artificial Intelligence Workshop Series

Join our new 3-part workshop series for students, faculty, and staff to learn about various aspects of artificial intelligence. Each workshop can stand alone, but its recommended to attend all three. All workshops are hosted online.

Part 1 – AI Basics & Limitations | Thursday, February 12th (12-1pm)

Part 2 – Evaluating AI & Finding Sources From AI | Thursday, February 19th (12-1pm)

• Why its important to evaluate AI content

• How to track down sources identified by AI

Part 3 – Uses for AI & Identifying GenAI Content | Thursday, February 26th (12-1pm)

• Uses for AI tools
• Alternatives for AI at JIBC
• How to identify AI text
• How to identify AI images
• How to identify AI videos
