IAHLA institutions play a vital role in student success and readiness for larger post-secondary environments. Participants emphasized the need for clearer transfer resources, better coordination, and continued partnership development. Key recommendations include fostering relationships between institutions, increasing the visibility of transfer pathways, and establishing a navigator role to maintain and support partnership knowledge.
