Course Details
This course introduces the quality management framework used in the Adult Custody Division. It reviews the laws, policies, and standards that guide our work. Learners will explore how quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement are applied in correctional centres, and how systems thinking helps identify root causes and improve operations over time.
