The WiFi password does not change, so you only need to enter it once per device.
Planned maintenance windows and how to reach the Service Desk.
Choose the JIBC-Students network on your device and enter the password JiStudent. The password doesn't change, so once your device is connected it should reconnect automatically next time you're on campus.
Use the password reset option from the "Reset your password" tile above, or contact the Service Desk at 604.528.5900 during opening hours and they'll help you get back in.
Your courses live in Blackboard at elearn.jibc.ca. Sign in with your student account. Blackboard stays available even during most planned maintenance windows.
Use the Service Catalog to open a ticket any time, or reach the Service Desk by phone (604.528.5900) or email (servicedesk@jibc.ca) between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
If an email asks for your password, card number, or personal details, treat it as suspicious — JIBC will never ask for those by email. Don't click any links or open attachments. If you're unsure, contact the Service Desk and they can confirm whether it's genuine.
