Building Stress Awareness and Resilience

In this course participants will identify and practice essential skills in defusing, debriefing and how to offer psychological first aid during times of stress and trauma. Through increased awareness of the stressors faced by those impacted by traumatic events, learners will be better prepared to support others, and care for themselves, in a critical incident situation.
