Collaborative Leadership for Thriving Teams

In this course, learners explore the art of building and sustaining collaborative organizations through inclusive leadership and a shared purpose. The course emphasizes the leader's role in fostering belonging, championing open communication, and embracing diverse perspectives to co-create value.
Participants will examine how relationships, shared values, and a unified purpose shape team culture and drive success. Using practical tools and strategies, learners will develop approaches to cultivate healthy, values-driven organizations that balance personal connections and business goals.

LEAD-1100 Lead Yourself First can be used as a pre-requisite for this course until August 31, 2027.
