Course Details

This capstone course offers an immersive, experiential learning environment where participants apply and refine their leadership skills through dynamic simulations. Learners critically analyze team dynamics, decision-making processes, and leadership actions while integrating feedback to enhance conflict resolution, collaboration, and leadership styles. By applying values-based and holistic leadership theories, participants demonstrate adaptive practices that foster inclusion, collaboration, and a supportive team environment. The course also emphasizes deep self-reflection to uncover growth opportunities, culminating in creating and implementing a personalized leadership development plan designed to guide ongoing professional and personal effectiveness.

If you would like to complete the Associate Certificate in Leadership and Conflict Resolution- please enrol in CRES-1550 first as you will not have the option to complete it after completing this course. Please email leadership@jibc.ca for more information.
