Leadership in Action: Putting It All Together

This capstone experience integrates leadership learning with practical application. Through scenario-based leadership challenges, participants apply and refine their skills while navigating complex team dynamics and decision-making. Participants explore how leadership actions influence collaboration, communication, and conflict, and integrate values-based and inclusive approaches to foster equitable and supportive team environments. Through reflection and coaching feedback, participants identify opportunities for continued growth and development. Grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing and being, alongside inclusive leadership principles, the course emphasizes relational approaches that centre interconnectedness, responsibility, and shared values.

You must be enrolled in the Associate Certificate in Inclusive Leadership before registering into this course. Please enrol here and pay the $75 enrolment fee.

If you would like to complete the Associate Certificate in Leadership and Conflict Resolution- please enrol in CRES-1550 first as you will not have the option to complete it after completing this course. Please email leadership@jibc.ca for more information.
