Court Clerk Supreme Civil

This course provides an overview of information and procedures for court clerks in matters specific to Supreme Court Civil and Family court. Learners will be introduced to Justice's appointment by the Federal Government. As well, the learner will gain knowledge in the four main classes of files in Supreme Court Civil, and Supreme Court Family matters including divorce, custody, access, maintenance and property, and appeals of Small Claims and Family Court cases.
