Learn to apply the Foundation and Design and Development phases of the exercise cycle to develop materials for an operations-based exercise. Examine budget requirements, scenario development and logistical items that must be considered in the design of a functional and full-scale exercise. This course would be beneficial for members of the emergency management field who are designing exercises; it would also be useful for individuals working as controllers and simulators.
