Course Details

This course explores diversity and issues of inequality and oppression as they relate to stress and trauma. Learners will gain an orientation to anti-oppression, equity, inclusion and justice and explore how these concepts can be put into practice when delivering trauma and crisis interventions. This course highlights the importance of situating critical incidents and experiences of trauma within diverse socio-political and cultural contexts.
