Course Details

This course provides practical knowledge for community youth probation officers relating to the enforcement of youth sentences. Emphasis is placed on the duties and responsibilities of the community youth probation officer in the enforcement of sentences, as required by legislation and policy. The broader youth justice system and case management practices will be reviewed in the context of sentence enforcement. This course is only available to Ministry of Children and Family Development employees, as identified in their Youth Probation Training Plan.
