Course Details

Extrajudicial measures are all measures used to deal with youth outside of the formal youth justice court system. This course has been designed to provide specific, job-related knowledge and skills regarding the provision of extrajudicial measures services in B.C., with an emphasis on the extrajudicial sanctions process and services provided by community youth probation officers. This course is only available to Ministry of Children and Family Development employees, as identified in their Youth Probation Training Plan.
