Armouring Your Mind: Developing a Mental Health Toolkit for Frontline Responders is a first annual symposium that brings frontline responders together with Mental Health professionals to discuss strategies and tools that promote physiological safety and wellness on the frontlines in challenging emergency response careers. Through a combination of speakers, discussion panels, Q&A with experts, and displays and resources, the symposium provides a forum for learning and discussion about the important issue of physiological wellness, and provides the participant with practical tools and resources they can use immediately in their practice and their life.
