Course Details

This course provides an overview of the basic procedures and responsibilities for a court clerk in criminal court for youth and adult matters specific to the Supreme level. The learner will be introduced to the variety of hearings and legislation that can only appear in supreme criminal court. Examples include jury trials, extradition hearings, and summary conviction appeals.
