Course Details

This course will provide participants with the basic skills required and the best practices to follow associated to the recruitment and handling of informants and agents. It includes preparation of judicial authorizations utilizing informant/agent information, as well as policy and how to effectively report on information delivered from these assets. This course is designed for law enforcement members who have been, may be or are currently dealing with informants on a regular basis. (Formerly POLASV715)
