Course Details

The purpose of this one-day course is to prepare IIO Officers who may be called upon to present evidence in a B.C. provincial court or inquest. As a result, participants will examine the role and responsibilities of investigators and review the various stages of investigative work from attending the scene and gathering information, to the court/inquest proceedings. The course will familiarize the participant with the cross-examination tactics uses to challenge an individual's credibility.
