This course provides an orientation and training for new Independent Correctional Adjudicators to BC Corrections. It covers employee onboarding, an organizational overview, a step-by-step description of the disciplinary process and imparts policy driven guidance on conducting hearings, making fair decisions, and documenting outcomes in accordance with legislative and institutional requirements.
