Course Details

This online workshop sets the context for how intergenerational trauma impacts Indigenous peoples and how those effects are felt in the workplace or in school. This workshop is rooted in the context of colonization and the generational impacts it has on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We will also explore how intergenerational trauma impacts non Indigenous peoples too. An Elder will join us as well for additional wisdom and insights.

  • Increased understanding about working with Indigenous peoples.
  • Dispel racist myths and stereotypes about Indigenous peoples.
  • Create work or learning environments where all people can thrive, especially Indigenous peoples.
