Course Details

Today's workplaces are experiencing profound shifts as they respond to and prepare for increasing complexity in the world around us. Leaders at all levels are being called on to create more equitable, inclusive, socially aware, and sustainable organizational cultures. As a leader, you are expected to navigate yourself and others through these significant and wide-reaching social changes. In this session, you will have an opportunity to engage with others in a dialogue about what it means to be a leader in these times and to explore key strategies needed for leading today. Learn some of the fundamental concepts framing these shifts and how to redefine your own leadership role as you work adaptively and collaboratively to address and disrupt existing structures and systems.

This Special Event will be on Zoom, 8:30-4:30 PST. More information will be sent to registrants 1-2 weeks ahead of the session.
