Paper-based ESS Registration & Referrals

ESS Paper-based Registration & Referrals (R&R) describes the process for registering evacuees and administering referrals (i.e. for food, clothing, and lodging) using paper forms and without the digital Evacuee Registration and Assistant (ERA) tool. This course is intended for ESS responders responsible for administering referrals in communities that have not adopted ERA, have limited access to it, or continue to use paper forms in any capacity for accurate record keeping purposes and business continuity.
