Celebrate student research and achievement
Join us for Applied Research Day, a special event that highlights the hard work, innovation, and dedication of JIBC students as they complete their Capstone research projects.
This annual event brings together students from our Bachelor’s and Post-Bachelor’s programs to share their research and celebrate a major milestone in their academic journey.
What to expect
The event begins with a series of selected student presentations, followed by an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding work and commitment. In the second half, explore a science fair-style poster showcase, where students will present their projects and connect with attendees through conversation and questions.
Who should attend
Faculty, staff, and students are all encouraged to attend and support our learners. Whether you stay for the full event or drop in for part of the day, your presence makes a difference.
