Tackling post-graduation identity collapse: After years of having a defined identity as a student, this is a guide to help you navigate that disorienting in-between phase and rebuild a sense of self beyond your degree. 

 

Understanding Trauma & Its Impact on Mental Health

Students will learn about what trauma is and how it affects people physically, emotionally, and psychologically. The purpose of this workshop is to create a more informed and supportive campus community. 

 

Say It Without Saying It Workshop

Date: Monday, July 6, 2026

Join the Social Ambassadors for a one-hour workshop on saying it without saying it - Express emotions through drawing—no words, no art skills needed, just creativity.” 

 

Overcoming Anxiety: Learn Techniques to Cope with Anxiety and Worry Workshop

\Students will learn about anxiety, how to cope with it, and be informed of support services available to them inside and outside of the JIBC.
