JIBC is participating in the Great British Columbia Shake Out!
ShakeOut is an annual earthquake drill that gives millions of people around the world an opportunity to practise what to do during an earthquake and learn how to be better prepared.
Be part of the earthquake drill
On October 15 at 10:15 a.m. we will make an announcement over the PA system at the New Westminster campus to guide the drill. At our other campuses, an airhorn or whistle will sound, and instructors will guide their students through the drill.
After the drill, stop by the info kiosk in the atrium for more information about ShakeOut and for earthquake preparedness resources.
