Q: How do I obtain a replacement certificate?

A: Certificate replacement is no longer needed for Security Worker's License application.

If you are in the process of renewing your security worker license with Security Programs Division, a replacement certificate is not required. In consultation with Security Programs Division, a copy of your existing security worker licence may be uploaded in place of the certificate. This only applies to renewal applications.

If you have never applied for license, we have informed Security Programs Division of your AST exam completion, you may proceed with your application.

The JIBC is not accepting AST instructor applications at this time.
