Course Details

This course will focus on the management of hazardous materials incidents focusing on responder safety and incident stabilization. Students will develop incident action plans that focus on defined strategic goals and supporting tactical actions to mitigate or resolve the release of hazardous materials. This course is designed to meet NFPA 1072 (Technician Level) Professional Qualification accredited by International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board).
