Clearly, the cost to organizations in unresolved conflict is enormous. Help yourself and your colleagues manage this drain. Gain an overview of collaborative conflict resolution with an emphasis on effective communication skills. Examine the sources and dynamics of conflicts, conflict styles, and the role of assumptions and emotions in conflict. Assess your own conflict style and practice approaches useful in resolving interpersonal conflicts with a specific focus on workplace situations.
