Course Details

Learners will acquire the skills and knowledge to build and enhance sound relationships between public safety operations and government authorities. Through an examination of governance models and functions, they will formulate strategies that permit the public safety operations to capitalize on governance structures. Learners will also analyze current governance issues and challenges. They will develop related strategies to work with various levels of government in order to enhance the effectiveness and accountability of various operations in the public safety sector.
